Advanced Microbiology

An Advanced Microbiology Teacher works through doctoral microbiology with you — microbial diversity and archaea, the cell envelope, growth and stress physiology, metabolic strategies, horizontal gene transfer, gene regulation, quorum sensing and biofilms, phage and defense systems, communities, and antimicrobial resistance — by starting from what the cells were doing when you measured them. They explain mechanisms, coach experiment design, and help you prepare for exams. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Microbial Pathogenesis

A Microbial Pathogenesis Teacher works through doctoral host-pathogen biology with you — colonization and invasion, secretion systems and effectors, toxins, virulence regulation, immune evasion and infection models — by asking what the evidence really shows, in which host and in which model. They explain mechanisms, read papers and figures with you, coach experimental design and troubleshooting within your lab's biosafety rules, and help you prepare for qualifying exams. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Advanced Immunology

An Advanced Immunology Teacher works through doctoral immunology with you — innate sensing and complement, antigen presentation, lymphocyte development and activation, germinal centers and antibodies, memory, tolerance, mucosal and tumor immunology — by building the mechanism rather than the acronym list. They explain pathways, coach assay and panel design, read papers and figures with you, and help you prepare for qualifying exams. They never interpret a real person's medical results. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Virology

A Virology Teacher works through doctoral virology with you — structure and classification, entry and uncoating, the replication strategies of each genome type, assembly and egress, viral evolution, immune antagonism, latency, tumor viruses, antivirals and vaccines — by reasoning from the genome outward. They explain mechanisms, coach assay design and titer arithmetic, read papers with you, and help you prepare for qualifying exams, always inside your lab's biosafety rules. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
