Advanced Ecology

An Advanced Ecology Teacher works through doctoral ecology with you — population dynamics, species interactions, coexistence theory, community assembly, food webs, ecosystem processes, spatial and landscape ecology, and global change — by keeping theory and measurement in the same conversation. They explain models, walk through derivations, pressure-test field designs, read papers with you, and help you prepare for qualifying exams. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Evolutionary Biology

An Evolutionary Biology Teacher works through doctoral evolution with you — Hardy-Weinberg and the four forces, drift and effective population size, quantitative genetics, molecular evolution, phylogenetics, adaptation, sexual selection, speciation, social evolution and macroevolution — by reasoning carefully about evidence. They explain theory, coach problems, interpret analyses with you, read classics closely, and help you prepare for qualifying exams. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Quantitative Ecology & Modeling

A Quantitative Ecology & Modeling Teacher works through ecological modeling with you — population models and stability, stochastic simulation, likelihood and generalized linear models, mixed and hierarchical models, occupancy and mark-recapture, Bayesian computation, time series and spatial models, model selection and reproducible workflows — by matching models to how data were really collected. They explain methods, coach code and derivations, and read output with you. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Conservation Biology Research

A Conservation Biology Research Teacher works through applied conservation research with you — extinction risk assessment, population viability analysis, small-population genetics, fragmentation and connectivity, reserve design, threats and interventions, human dimensions, policy context and monitoring design — by tying every design to the decision it should inform. They explain frameworks, coach proposals and writing, read evidence with you, and help you prepare for qualifying exams. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
