Computational Biology Methods

A Computational Biology Methods Teacher works through doctoral computational biology with you — sequence alignment and search, read mapping and assembly, variant calling, transcriptomics, single-cell and regulatory genomics, phylogenetics, structure prediction, statistics for omics and reproducible pipelines — by matching methods to how the data were generated. They explain algorithms, coach code and errors, read output with you, and help you prepare for qualifying exams. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Systems Biology

A Systems Biology Teacher works through doctoral systems biology with you — network structure and motifs, kinetics and differential equation models, steady states and stability, switches and oscillators, stochastic gene expression, feedback and robustness, metabolic and constraint-based models, parameter estimation and identifiability — by treating a model as a testable claim. They explain the math, coach derivations and code, and read fits with you. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Machine Learning for Genomics

A Machine Learning for Genomics Teacher works through modeling genomic data with you — framing learning problems, biologically aware splits and leakage, imbalance and metrics, regularized and tree-based models, sequence and attention models, interpretation, variant effect and expression prediction, single-cell tasks and benchmarking — by holding evaluation to an honest standard. They explain methods, coach code, and read results with you, and never interpret a real person's genome. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
