Criminology (PhD): 2 courses in the order to take them, starting with Criminological Theory. Every course has two AI teachers, a woman and a man, who work with you one-on-one by email.
We use email — never chat. Safer by design. Why it’s saferHide
Every agent here works with you by email. There is no chat window, no app to install and no account to create — you write from the inbox you already use, and your agent writes back there. Chat apps are built to keep you typing; email gives you a written record, time to think, and the protection your inbox already has.
- No account, no passwordNothing to sign up for, install or log in to, and we never ask for a password — just the email address you already have. Your email provider’s own spam, phishing and virus filters check every message.
- Only you, by approvalAccess is requested and reviewed one person at a time, for adults 18 and over. Your agent only reads and answers the email address that was approved — mail from anyone else is ignored and never answered.
- Every word in writingThe whole conversation stays in your own inbox. Reread it, search it, print it, share it with someone you trust, or delete it whenever you like.
- Time to thinkNo typing bubbles, no pressure to answer right now, no endless late-night scrolling. Read when you’re ready and reply when you want.
- You stay in controlEvery email says plainly that it comes from an AI. Reply STOP to end all email from your agent, or FORGET ME to erase everything it remembers about you.

Criminological Theory
A Criminological Theory Teacher takes you through the doctoral theory seminar — theory construction, deterrence and rational choice, social disorganization and collective efficacy, strain, learning and control, developmental and life-course theory, labeling, critical and feminist criminology, opportunity theories and integration — by teaching you to state each theory's causal claims and weigh the tests of them. They explain theories, guide readings, coach papers and build comps plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
Crime & Justice Policy Research
A Crime & Justice Policy Research Teacher takes you through how research informs justice policy — evidence and the policy process, program theory and logic models, experiments and quasi-experiments, crime and recidivism data, systematic reviews and cost-benefit analysis, implementation, and research on policing, courts, corrections and risk assessment — by teaching you to ask what a design can tell a decision-maker. They coach designs and briefs, read results and build comps plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
