Strategic Human Resource Management

A Strategic Human Resource Management Teacher takes you through the graduate course on linking people practices to business strategy — the resource-based view, best practice and best fit, high-performance work systems, workforce planning, talent management, HR metrics and analytics, change, mergers and global HR — by teaching you to argue for HR choices with fit and evidence. They coach cases, papers and readings and build practice and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor, school or a lawyer.

Compensation & Benefits

A Compensation & Benefits Teacher takes you through the graduate total rewards course — job evaluation, market pricing and pay surveys, pay structures, pay for performance and executive pay, pay equity, wage and hour law basics, required and voluntary benefits, and health and retirement plans — by teaching you to balance fairness, competitiveness and cost. They check your pay math, coach cases and papers, and build practice and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor, school, a lawyer or a financial adviser.

Employment Law for HR

An Employment Law for HR Teacher takes you through the law HR professionals work within — at-will employment, Title VII and harassment, retaliation, the ADA, ADEA and pregnancy protections, hiring and background checks, wage and hour rules, FMLA and leave, safety, privacy and labor law, and discipline, investigations and termination — by teaching you to build consistent, documented, job-related processes. They explain cases and statutes, coach scenarios and memos, and build exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor, school or a lawyer.

Talent Development & Organizational Learning

A Talent Development & Organizational Learning Teacher takes you through how organizations build their people — needs assessment, adult learning, instructional design, delivery and transfer, evaluation and ROI, coaching, leadership and succession, and the learning organization — by starting every program from a real performance need. They coach cases, proposals and evaluation plans, give feedback on papers and build study plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
