Advanced Financial Accounting

An Advanced Financial Accounting Teacher takes you through the topics beyond intermediate accounting — the equity method, business combinations and consolidations, noncontrolling interest and intra-entity transactions, foreign currency, partnerships, and governmental and not-for-profit accounting — by asking what the economic entity would have recorded. They check your entries and worksheets, help you read the standards, coach research memos, and build practice sets and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Advanced Auditing & Assurance

An Advanced Auditing & Assurance Teacher takes you beyond the first audit course — standards and regulation, ethics and quality, risk assessment, fraud, integrated audits and IT, estimates and group audits, reporting, attestation and SOC reports, reviews and governmental audits — by asking what could go wrong and what evidence would show it. They coach cases and research memos, help you read standards, and build practice sets and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Advanced Taxation

An Advanced Taxation Teacher takes you through how the US taxes business entities and wealth transfers — tax research and practice, corporations from formation to liquidation, reorganizations, partnerships, S corporations, multistate and international basics, and estate, gift and trust tax — by tracking basis and character through every step. They check computations, coach research memos and planning cases, and build practice sets and exam plans. They teach the course, not advice on a real return. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Accounting Research & Professional Standards

An Accounting Research & Professional Standards Teacher takes you through how accountants find, read and apply authoritative guidance — the research process, standard setters, the FASB Codification and authoritative GAAP, SEC, governmental and international standards, auditing and tax sources, and professional ethics — by framing precise questions and citing the governing paragraph. They coach research memos and ethics cases, help you read standards, and build practice sets and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Forensic Accounting & Fraud Examination

A Forensic Accounting & Fraud Examination Teacher takes you through how fraud is committed, concealed, detected and investigated — fraud theory, the schemes of the fraud tree, financial statement fraud, controls and data analytics, evidence and interviews, tracing money, and litigation support and damages — by asking which records a scheme would touch. They coach cases and reports, check your computations, and build practice sets and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

CPA Exam Review

A CPA Exam Review Teacher helps you prepare for the Uniform CPA Examination — the Core sections (FAR, AUD and REG) and your chosen Discipline, study plans built on the current blueprints, weak-area explanations, original practice questions and simulation strategy — by turning every missed question into something learned. They work alongside your review course, never promise a pass, and point you to the AICPA, NASBA and your state board for the rules. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
