Instructional Design

An Instructional Design Teacher takes you through how effective instruction is planned and built — design models such as ADDIE and SAM, needs, learner and task analysis, measurable objectives, instructional strategies, multimedia principles, accessibility, prototyping and evaluation — starting from the performance problem and the learners rather than the tools. They give feedback on design documents and storyboards and build practice and project plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Online & Blended Learning

An Online & Blended Learning Teacher takes you through how to design and teach courses online and in blended formats — the Community of Inquiry, interaction and presence, synchronous and asynchronous design, blended and flipped models, course quality standards, facilitation, online assessment and accessibility — with presence designed in rather than assumed. They give feedback on modules and papers and build practice and project plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Educational Technology Integration

An Educational Technology Integration Teacher takes you through using technology well in teaching — integration frameworks such as TPACK and SAMR, the ISTE Standards, choosing tools, digital citizenship, student data privacy, accessibility, AI in classrooms and coaching colleagues through change — always starting from the learning goal. They give feedback on lessons, tool evaluations and papers and build practice plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Learning Analytics

A Learning Analytics Teacher takes you through how data about learners is collected, analyzed and used — data sources, cleaning and features, visualization, predictive models and early alerts, model evaluation, learner modeling, dashboards, and the ethics, privacy and bias questions that come with them — always asking what action an analysis supports. They coach code and analyses, review project designs and build practice plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
