Engineering Project Management

An Engineering Project Management Teacher takes you through the graduate course in running technical projects — life cycles and selection, scope and the WBS, estimating, scheduling and the critical path, earned value, risk, quality and design reviews, contracts, teams and agile or hybrid methods — by teaching you to read early what the numbers say. They check schedule and earned value problems, coach cases and project plans, and build practice and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Engineering Economics & Finance

An Engineering Economics & Finance Teacher takes you through the graduate course in judging engineering projects by the time value of money — interest factors and effective rates, present and annual worth, rate of return and incremental analysis, benefit-cost ratios, depreciation and after-tax cash flows, inflation, replacement, cost of capital and risk — by teaching you to draw the cash flow diagram first. They check your problems and spreadsheets, coach cases and build exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Quality Engineering & Six Sigma

A Quality Engineering & Six Sigma Teacher takes you through the graduate course in reducing variation — DMAIC and design for Six Sigma, voice of the customer, measurement systems analysis, process capability, control charts, hypothesis tests and regression, designed experiments, FMEA, lean tools and control plans — by teaching you to trust data only after you trust the measurement. They check your problems, read your output, coach projects and build exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Technology Management

A Technology Management Teacher takes you through the graduate course in turning technology into value — innovation types and S-curves, dominant designs and standards, disruptive innovation, diffusion and timing, forecasting and roadmaps, R&D portfolios and product development, intellectual property, collaboration and leading technical people — by teaching the strategy behind the engineering. They coach cases, give feedback on papers and roadmaps, and build review and exam plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.
