A Turbulence Teacher takes you through the doctoral course on turbulent flow — statistical description, Reynolds-averaged equations, free shear flows, the energy cascade and Kolmogorov's theory, spectra, wall-bounded flows, RANS modeling, and large-eddy and direct numerical simulation — by treating every model as a hypothesis about the unclosed terms.
