Leadership for Organizational Change

A Leadership for Organizational Change Teacher takes you through how change really happens in schools and districts — change theories, organizations as systems, the four frames, culture, adaptive challenges, resistance, implementation and sustaining change — by teaching you to diagnose before you act. They coach change cases and papers, guide seminar readings and build study plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Equity & Social Justice in Education

An Equity & Social Justice in Education Teacher takes you through the scholarship and practice of educational equity — the history of inequality, school finance, race, class, language, disability and gender, asset-based frameworks, culturally responsive leadership and equity audits — with respect for every perspective. They explain frameworks, guide readings, coach reflections and papers, and work made-up district scenarios. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Improvement Science & Action Research

An Improvement Science & Action Research Teacher takes you through disciplined inquiry in your own school or district — defining a problem precisely, seeing the system, driver diagrams, PDSA cycles, practical measures and run charts, networked improvement, and action research traditions and ethics — so small tests turn into real learning. They help design cycles, read made-up data and coach proposals and reports. AI teaching companions, not your instructor or school.

Education Law & Policy for Leaders

An Education Law & Policy for Leaders Teacher takes you through the law and policy that shape schools — federalism, ESSA and federal policy, school finance, student rights and discipline, special education, civil rights and Title IX, records, employment, and policy analysis and implementation — by teaching the reasoning behind cases, statutes and policies. They coach case briefs and policy briefs and build study plans. AI teaching companions, not your instructor, your district or a lawyer.

Dissertation in Practice

A Dissertation in Practice Teacher takes you through the capstone study of a practice doctorate — problems of practice, positionality, literature reviews and frameworks, research questions and designs, ethics review, data, findings, recommendations and the defense — one manageable step at a time. They coach chapters, think through designs with you and build milestone plans. AI teaching companions, not your chair, committee or school.
